Daddy never loved you
Daddy never cared
Mommy didn't want you
wishes you weren't there
Mommy left you cold
and alone on the stairs
Mommy left home
and Daddy didn't care

A weight on their shoulders
a burden on their mind
Life isn't fair
Life is so unkind
You burst into their lives
took them by surprise
Life isn't fair
Life is so unkind

Mommy packed her bags
She ran away from home
Daddy's on his bed
Crying all alone
He takes your little hand
guides it with his own
takes you down into his bed
He takes you for his own

Daddy showed you love
Just a different type
Life isn't fair
life is so unkind
He dresses you up
Makes you Daddy's little bride
life isn't fair
life is so unkind

Daddy didn't love you
He just took you for his own
He always blamed you
For Mommy leaving home
He used and abused you
Emotionally alone
So you put the razor to your wrist
And went straight to the bone

A burden on his shoulders
A weight on his mind
life wasn't fair
life was so unkind
You burst onto the scene
Ruining his life
Life wasn't fair
life was so unkind

Heartbreaking

So sad... and unfortunately true

Thank you for missing the point. It is about the abuse suffered by a lonely girl by her parents, resulting in suicide. It was never intended to put blame on the child. Far too often parents blame their misery on their children. That is what it means.

Through the eyes of a child

That one gave me chills.

Very emotional. Probably a major cause of suicides too.

Very well written. I'd give this ten points if I could.

Sick...

I'm sorry but that was just fucking sick. How can a statement be made by blaming a bastard child? I'm thoroughly weirded out by this.
