Lover

Though I may never know
of your mortal love bestow
see, feel and hear
your presence near

My lover, I know you well
in my dreams, so secrets tell
of steamed breath as one
reflecting mist in the sun

A desirous heart beating
an aching body pleading
for your soft touch
and gentle kiss much

In the midst of wild flowers
with bright eyed daisy towers
as I lay naked
your truth is my blanket

Scent of the sweet wind
mixed with yours ascend
my inner passionate song
of a rapturous love long

May never the day
will you ever fade
away from my beauteous dreams
for it's my reality it seems.
