As I look into his eyes I wonder,
is it adoration or lust?

I gaze deeper only to uncover
what I mistook for love
was only a need for release.

In my utter disbelief I try to push aside
the fact that I was only along for the ride.

Why doesn't he talk to me,
or whisper sweet nothings in my ear?

Probably because he can't with his tongue lingering near my rear.

Wondering if he love me like he says he does,
or is he just saying that to get an erotic buzz.....

I try to look into his eyes but I can not see
Because now he has fallen fast asleep.

OK, why do you think this is poetry of sorts?
