Black wings outspread across a blood red sky.
My tears they fall but I'll never cry.
Moonbeams pierce my flesh as I'm filled with bitterness.
Rotting soul trapped inside such a beautiful mess.

Time once saw a boy who would try to become a man.
Fate said no I have for thee thine own plan.
War waged memory lost on deep dark tides.
Humanity sacrificed on his altar pride hath no place here.

Darkness now home light forsaken forevermore.
Insanity begat insanity blood fell life lost.
Spirit torn flesh forgotten pain ripped at his being.
Thee without courage shan't enter here.

Demons inside my mind I'm forced to live with this.
Yearning to watch this world burning.
Uplifted he watches as blood fades and memories turned to grey.
Tides hath turned and this darkness doth burn.

Final words were spoken remember me not.
For thine life hath been for naught.
Peace brokered peace gained.
Yet chaos shall ever reign.
