All my feelings flood to the surface
Leaving me unsure
Of what to say
Lately, I'm scared every moment
That what I may do
Could push you away-
Why can't I tell you
Why can't I show you
Seems to be
Showing apathy
Is really all I can do
When you see my anger
And feel a breeze
from the cold shoulder
I offer you-
Take a step back and remember
My abhorence stems
From my own lack of confidence
Not from you.
