Memories

Was it worth loving someone, the time and effort you put into it…the pains and sorrows you both went through thinking about giving up but you both managed to see it through…leaving no regrets only that true love was appreciated til thee end…or should I say the beginning…yes the beginning of memories the good times as the tears flow to wash your soul releasing joy from within…. from day one it was love that kept you…. that saw you through your trials….. your heart floods with joy hearing your familiar song thinking of the first time you met….the smile you gave him that won him over…now he sits on the steps of Heaven’s Gate waiting for you…he will not enter without you for you are Heaven to him…

Are memories worth the pain

Memories of a lover.

Sad and touching,

but it might have more impact if it was in a more poetic structure.

You might consider breaking out of paragraph format and try some stanzas.

You could also "show" your audience why you loved each other,

not just "tell" the reader it was so.

Keep writing.
