Under the pale moon
You shall see
As midnight falls
And it's just you and me.

Stars are shining,
Painting the night sky,
But nothing compares,
To the twinkle in your eye.

Our bodies embraced,
Held for an eternity of time,
As we dance together,
To natures perfect rhyme.

The wind chimes a melody,
Keeping us on our toes,
Twirling in the gentle breeze,
Where we'll end, only God knows.

When the night ends,
And the early morning dew glistens,
When the sun first shines,
It will be my heart that listens.

But only one beat I will hear,
I find myself alone,
Awakened from the dream,
To my own silent tone.

Wherever you are,
Whoever you may be,
There will always be a special place,
Where we can both see.

A dance reunited once again,
To natures sweet song,
In the dreams that await,
For many more nights of long.
