The sound is all that I know
No feel of his body, in my hands
No touch from him, caressing me
Yet I feel it all, through the sound
As the breathing intensifies, I feel the warmth of his breath
Caress my body, my mouth, my neck
His gentle touch, so soft in the night
The fever rises, kisses of candlelight
My eyes are closed, laying flat on my back
Imagination keeps flowing, nothing lacks
The storm keeps building, motions, tempos increase
The teakettle boiling, almost to a screech
My body arches in a pain so sweet
Twisting and turning, fills me so deep
The tension is built, muscles clench
Nothing I’ve ever known, I’ve become unkempt
Unleashed into the world like a shotgun exploding
A shock, wondrous pleasure of feeling
Earth out of orbit, then down from the cloud
I’m still by myself, there’s no one around
Again I realize, was only the sound.
