MyNecroticSnailabout 17 years agoAuthoryou bablefish this into Japanese, and show it to a Japanese reader, he might tell you how philosopical and poetical it is. They don't raise corn in Japan, so the reference will be completely lost. Then you can explain that back in the old days, before toilet paper, catalogs...I did, we laughed. Anyway corn here meant "corny" as in "poetic moments" I just added the cob to make a point.
