the glass hangs
portraying contorted scenes
A private room
disheveled clothes
mish mash of colours
symmetric bodies
uncomposed

reflections capture
each moments rapture
in each gloomy corner
and sundrenched centre
lovers caught
in loves loving throes

the crystal eye
lights up imperfections
of the purest beauty
showing no mercy
to dreams or imagery
only skins true honesty

as you gaze and admire yourself
consider the craftsman who
created the mirror hanging here
and only thought of you.
