Mists Of Destiny

Oh ye of the gods above
Shall any swoop down like a dove?
We seek answers, we yearn for a truth
Who will step down into the human maze?

Your mists are a mystery
Your thoughts in disarray
One shall unravel the clouds from the skies
The other will live another day

The ethereal spirit it calls to your souls
As one seeks the answers within
But hear the wise words and listen true
For none can escape the waters of fate

So the heaven’s now close, the veil is now down
As all of mankind holds its breath
Not one holds the key to open the door
For in this void, there is neither life nor death
