Mona Lisa
she felt his eyes on her
she knew she had blushed
it's the champagne she said and smiled
sharp teeth under a Mona Lisa smile
he was there, like a wolf at the door
she felt his presence
like blood on her tongue
like a demon in her womb
she knew what he was thinking
he always knew what she wanted
turn to stone the prissy cocktail crowd
take her there on the table
shameless
broken crockery and laughter
he awoke the animal in her
his words burnt her flesh
he had walked in from the night
matched her blow for blow
flame to her flame
her equal, her accomplice
she smiled at her husband
but it was her lover's hands she felt around her waist
how was your day darling?
she saw herself kneeling to taste her lover's seed
Mona Lisa...
and she smiled when he entered her empty bed
she smiled until he made her scream...
