She came to me on the midnight hour
Wrapped only in moonlight
With shadowed breasts and velvet hands
And thighs so creamy white

She wrapped herself around my lust
In the magic cusp of morn
And melted we together then
Until the flush of dawn

She whispered things I did not know
Of love and trust and pleasure
And time, elastic, stretched and coiled
Impossible to measure

She had my soul, my will; my power
Enslaved in her embrace
My essence flowed; she guided it
Into her secret place.

She lowered me back onto the bed
She smiled and kissed me deep
She rose and bathed in golden light
As I drifted off to sleep.

A woman in control!

Roger, I loved this poem. I like the fact that the man surrendered to the woman. She seduced him, which I found to be particulary erotic! Well done ...nice to see a guy who is in touch with his emotions, and not trying to act macho!

This is good

Could be better with some editing.
