Our morning bed a warm cocoon,
Still shelter from the coming dawn,
Molded tightly skin to skin,
Legs ‘twined in sweet familiar pose.
Chest to back, pressed tight together,
Morning hardness nestled comfortably
Along your sweet divide.

Soft sighs, small gentle stirrings
Warm breath caressing your neck.
Arm draped casually on soft shoulder,
Lazy fingers teasing hardening nipples,
Tender lips finally offering a smile
Of knowing all the words
To this familiar lovers’ tune.

My soft embrace finds sweet reward
With little snuggling movements,
Breathing quickening in anticipation.
When at last your hand explores
The fullness felt behind you.
And in one delicious movement,
Once again you lead me home.
