Your weakness to man's demands,
Makes me strong to fight their commands.
Your discourage to defend, put me through hell,
My tormented heart, left only to dwell.
MY BURNING RAGE, you'll never see,
My innocence broken at the age of three.
I hear your silence to the tears I cry,
Feelings of abondenment, I wish I could die.
I protect everyone's feelings and neglect my own,
MY BURNING RAGE, emotions never shown.
You take hates side as if I don't exist,
You've shattered my heart and my mind you twist.
My life ended just as quick as I was born,
Though I've done nothing wrong I'm the one you scorn.
Left all alone to freeze in the icy cold,
Needing someone's love, but there's noone to hold.
Caught up in your own web of happiness,
While I'm a prisoner of fear, sorrow, and sadness.
You played my life as if it were a game,
And worst of all, you made me bare his name
Blood is thicker than water, is what I've heard,
But gaining you respect was something I never earned.
If I slit my throat, would you watch me bleed?,
Would you tell me, "Grow up and stop your greed!"
A knife in the back is what you deserve,
Yet through all the pain, I haven't got the nerve.
I'll bite my tongue, and I'll say a prayer,
That maybe one day I will escape my dispair.
A happy child, is what I pretend,
MY BURNING RAGE, will it ever end?
