Current mood: exanimate

The silence is almost enough to break me

The pain in your eyes only amplifies that of my heart

My heart once found a home in you

but your world is locked now, with no key to be found

My sanity is dwindling

My restraint is about to snap

My love is lingering here, unwanted and cold

My pain is overwhelming

When will it disburse?

I'm left here bruised and beaten

Tattered and torn, like yesterday's news

What will my eyes read tommorow?

Or will they continue to portray my vacant being?

So empty inside

It's always been there

You used to fill that space

Now I try to shed some light but you are not here.
