My Night

I close my eyes and feel you.
Arms wrapped around my skin, never intending release.
Under you I lay, shadowed by your calm essence.
A look in your eyes, I see your desire feeding on my needs.
Your lips touch mine filling my lungs with the aroma of passion, calming my nerves and clearing my mind.
I open up to you, trusting your ways and succumbed by your strength.
Your name escapes my lips and echoes through the dark, cheering you on in your conquest.
Drunk off of ecstasy you drive your lust into me, forcing my full attention to to be on you.
Our eyes meet as you answer my plea to give me your all.
I give way to pleasure, freeing me from fear, not thinking only feeling as
our climax is upon us.
You collapse on top of me our pulses fighting to slow down.
You smile as you wipe a tear of satisfaction from my cheek.
As you lean in for another kiss, my alarm blares in my ears calling me to life.
My eyelids open, as sunshine reveals only one shadow in my bed.
This cycle haunts me every night and day leaving me with a yearning
that has yet to be fulfilled.
Yet I continue to close my eyes for it is the only way that you will truly belong to me.
