"The medium is the message." Marshall McLuhan

If it bleeds, of course, it leads CBS:
The kid who wouldn’t kill
But for the sneakers he stole
That make him dunk a basketball

And, Christ!, some bloody suburban
Bikinied in sandy Seaside Heights,
Bitches about reality
And the cost of living in Jersey.

‘Tis a far, far better thing
Some saintly New Orleanians did
To beat the Indianapolis Colts
Far, far away from the Ninth Ward

And we have it on good authority
From Beck, O’Reilly, Stewart, etal.
Polemic with its je ne sais quoi
Is now America's poetry.

But first a word from our sponsor
That teleprompts one and all
To save our soul as well as our body
With 5 Minute Abs, the Video.

Seriously, can 1st stanza, rework 1st sentence of 2nd, get rid of "bloody"

Think about MS word; would look better with the Cap's at sentence start.

I like where this goes. Well, I like polemics. Milton, yeh those Presbers!
