I drifted in neverland tonight
Realizing all the nevers that aren't
meant to be
Like I will never know a night with you,
I will never know a morning in your
arms, and we shall never hold
each other in the damp and wet of a
weekend, we shall never share illness together
we shall never share great joy and achievements
together, most of all how sad that time
Will never be on our side,
The upside I think is we
Must have done something together
And continue to do
So I give thanks
That at least we aren't never
And we haven't missed
That never that could have been.........................
