Night and day,
Far ends of the spectrum.
Keeping thoughts at bay,
Yet posting in a forum.
Helping others with their problem,
The desire to be helpful.
Deep cuts received, them to blame
All those wounds, more than a handful.
The need to kill
The desire to see blood flow.
This void to fill
Don’t know how.
Nature is balanced,
Always two faces to a coin.
If unbalanced,
How to rejoin?
