The hidden rose's fragrance filled the night.
I reached above to draw it into sight.
The leaves that covered it then richly shed
Their dew, in moonlit drops upon my head.

That night I found between her limbs the source
Of her sweet scent. My ardent kisses' force
On that dark bush's petals brought release.
Rose-water sprang like teardrops from their crease.
