A twisted trail we must walk
in the game that we call life
Irregardless of the turns we take
we are drawn toward that light

To seek a face within the mist
a path of lonely dreams
Or lost within the darkness
where no one hears the screams

Endure the mediocrity
will someone hear the call
We run along like lemmings
toward our final fall

Strive to seek a soul mate
who puts fire in our breast
To bask within a glowing love
one that we'll caress

And so we fight, scratch and dream
in this land of pain and death
To find nirvana that we seek
Before our final breath...
