beckon my direction
shine through the clouds
where is the song
that will
lift my torpor
move my heart
give me reason to smile
where is the love
that will
quell my anger
feed my hunger
renew my faith
where is the life
that will
shelter me in peace
nourish my fulfillment
harmonize my spirit

is a sublime melody
strangely familiar
that one may only feel, yet not hear
