Now is the time
when you come into my mind, my heart
brushing aside the remnants of the day

Now is the time
when nothing else intrudes, exists
as darkness falls

Now is the time
when our love is still here, still strong
and the years never passed

Now is the time
that I long for, live for
and cherish

I'll be honest. I didn't like the repetition in the poem. I can understand starting out the first line with "Now is the time" but not in every stanza. I REALLY would have like to have read another few lines because it ended so quickly. I wanted a bigger punch.

Now is the time

when you come into my mind, my heart

brushing aside the remnants of the day

Now is the time

when nothing else intrudes, exists

as darkness falls

Now is the time

when our love is still here, still strong

and the years never passed

Now is the time

that I long for, live for

and cherish

Just working on line breaks and flow -

Now is the time when you

come into my mind, my heart

brushing aside the remnants

of the day, when nothing else

intrudes, exists as darkness

falls, when our love is still

here, still strong and the years

never passed (pass? Not sure.)

Now is the time

that I long for, live for

and cherish (there needs to be a bigger punch here, and a few lines added, I believe)
