her arms are green and healthy vines
knotted carefully to the trellis
her clothes, leaves and shoots
neatly pruned to give the sun
open access to the grapes

here in this still evening
even the dew is kind
to the ripening fruit
and the winemaker, an older man,
takes only the finest clusters

for his slow, indelicate crush

The entire poem is wonderfully written, but I especially love the last line, the indelicate crush.
