Flickers of passion roll in his eyes
as he feels her against him.
Their bodies separate
tear and plead for more.

Not wanting to wait,
yet dawn demands they do.

Only the nights are theirs,
Hovering on the edge.
The abyss opens, consumes them.
They embrace it.
Once more lost
inside the other.

God how beautiful!

Rockets explode as they reach
the peak of conception.

Nothing else exists.
They are the other,
and all long to be like them.

Lost in the essence of forever
