My lover lays beneath me,
green eyes lidded by lust,
unseeing but searching,
back arching as I slide into her,
"Ohhh"
She says simply.
Knees rise on their own accord,
taking me deeper,
sheathing me,
I wish to dwell here forever.
Can time stop? Please?
I tell myself not to move,
to stay a bit longer,
but nature takes over.
The Beast rears its head.
Soon, I'm thrusting,
we're thrusting.
Wildly. Deeper. Faster.
Seeking the untouched place,
the spot, the button,
that will open her to me,
make her mine forever.

Apple_of_Edenover 9 years agoI enjoyed both of your poems. I love that you examined the perspective of both the male's and a female's love making. Having the action take place from both sides was a great view (counter)point for the reader. You may or may not have meant for these poems to be related or even for us to interpret that it is the same couple. But, that was how I read it (maybe because of the consecutive submissions). I guess it's all in the eye of the beholder. Again, it was nicely done, enjoyed it, and thank you.
