Old minds sitting idle
conjure up many thoughts.
Bitter Grumblings
with a rotten core,
fester in dark corners,
grow like creepers in a garden.
twisting and choking and starving,
the good thoughts dead, hmph.
Good.
Old minds sitting idle,
up to no good.

A young man sitting idle,
watching marbles roll away.

Sometimes.

Life does have its downs; but luckily a lot of us have a lot of positive things on our minds as well (Some of us may even turn to writing poetry instead. It helps.)
