On the day
you passed away
it just did not seem real
and on the day of your service
I felt like hell
for right then
I knew I"d never see
your beautiful face again
I went to hold your hand
for that last time
I could verly stand
I had to lean against
your pine box
because tears started to fall down
and I almost fell to the ground
that is when it hit me the hardest
that final goodby
oh how it made me cry.
