Words churning around in my head
Percolating, simmering, boiling
In my subconscious until
My brain vomits them forth
Onto the paper they flow
Drying for a time
Flick off the big ugly chunks

Purulent

But in a cool way. I loved this one. Describes the work practices of most profressional writers.

I think it's a good grasp of what a lot of us go through. Something seizes your brain and you just write whatever comes to mind, then go back and remove what really doesn't belong.

It's prolly just me, but I think it might have been a touch stronger if you had noted pauses and breaks in thought better with more end of line punctuation rather than rely on the reader choosing the same scantion that you had in mind.
