Hand in hand we do walk,
taking in sights as we talk,
laughter and smiles and giggles for a while,
such happiness in our lives,
as we walk for miles.
A look a glance a touch of romance,
the brushing of thighs as we walk in time,
a squeeze of the hand how life feels so grand,
as we walk hand in hand.
The path does end and we do turn,
eye to eye we do now stand,
you smile at me and grip my hand,
as a glance is exchanged and a kiss is received,
such a precious moment in time,
now i know you are mine.
