One snow day
with
you,

drifting through the early hours
under the dream like down of the comforter;
rising to the Vesuvian brink, then
slowly sliding back again.

This before we rise
to chase the morning chill
from the musk filled air
of our mountain hide away.

Later light the fire
that casts an amber glow,
burnishing our naked bodies
mingled like refiners gold.

Crystalline moisture
diffracts through the glass
our flickering yellow ambience;
and shares it with the silent world,

nestled
under
flaccid
snow.

Very gentle language here...

with some interesting phrasing. I loved the vesuvian peak and then the cooling to the flaccid snow. I think this one is a bit more erotic than non... very good.

Smoothly...

...written, with fine imagery. Very enjoyable!
