Today I said I loved you
but only in a whisper
so you couldn't hear.
I tried to bring myself
to tell you out loud
once again I failed.
I’ve made all those moves
all those overt advantages
but only in my mind.
I fear that I’ll be rejected
If you know the truth
and you'll turn away.
Love. isn’t something I jump into
It’s not a game
to be taken lightly.
That means it's even more important
for you to know
although I cant tell you.
