As I became old
I became slow in motion
On the country roads.

I was at the ruins with the reverend
We saw dilapidating fresco of the virgin
Her eyes had gone.

I was seeing my youth
With every young body
Walking before me and after me.

I was at the brook
Looking white pebbles
And the moving clouds.

I heard your voice
Sad and disappointed on the phone.

You were like a caged bird
In this place.

I said to you
-Go to the town
Buy new clothes and shoes
Sun bath at the beach and swim in the sea.

Then as evening was settling
I soaped your back in the bath tub
Hold a towel for you.

Then we gazed the night sky and stars
Then I touched your back and forehead
I kissed your lips.

You draw back and made a confession
That you made love with a local boy
At the beach.

I said it was me
It was my young form at the present time frame
I said we made love since the begining of time
The couple was the same
Since the original sin.

Then we made love again
on the huge sailing bed
In our present form.
