In the darkness of the night in the cool cold winds of the bright moonlight. I was tending an broken-hearted soul made by one whose love was false to her. Being unfaithful to her, showing her nothing but pain. Never letting her feel love, always lust. Seeing all of this made me want to do something about it, but what? As I gracefully held her hand, I pulled her closer to me brushing her hair away from her face, letting it flow and dance in the cold winds. She grazed up to me with a look of horrible sadness trapped inside her eyes like almost, just almost like, she was about to cry. I wanted to kiss her, but fear took over my body. Letting fear make me think of what she might say or do or how she would react afterwards. Would she like it? Would she hate it? Would she love me or forget me? I didn't know what to do. I couldn't let fear get to me. As though my body controlled itself, I came down to her, holding her closer and tighter, but softly, to my body. I tasted the sweetest nectar which is her lips. Knowingly how delicate she was, I held her gently and ever so lovingly as if her skin, her body, her soul were fine crystal that can be broken very easily. As she moans and groans in delightful pleasures, she wraps her arms firmly around my neck making it impossible for me to escape the love she wanted to give me. Deeper and deeper our kiss became, my hands, from her cold shoulders, made their way down the center of her back. Using only the tips of my fingers I caressed the small of her back and hips making her fall deeper into me. Releasing from our kiss and her grip, I looked into her eyes as they sparkled with the stars from the heavens replacing the sadness which is no more to her. As she rested her head upon my shoulder with her arms hugging around my waist, I lied my head on top of hers, my hands still caressing the small of her back. She whispers in the sweetest voice, "I love you." Hearing these words from her for the first, I realized that I couldn't say it back to her. The feelings, emotions, desires needed more than just a simple, 'I love you.' could ever describe. Speaking from my heart and my soul, the words " I passionate you." As we stood holding each other living in the memory this special event, our first kiss, while we love and passionate each other until the break of dawn.

I'd like to hear this....

....maybe in a slam. I think it would be great read aloud by the poet - fast and smooth. I found it hard to follow - but that's just me, it's not a format I'm fond of. Still I gave it a four and will look for more of this poet's work.
