Our Love

Our story started one beautiful day,
with a passion as hot as any in May.

We’ve shared stories, memories, and day dreams.
Along with the good times, there’s been sadness it seems.

Each holding on to the other so tight.
Looking for strength and understanding to help in their fight.

For without each others love and compassion,
Our journey would end in tragic fashion.

I thank God each time as I look in your eyes,
and see a love gleaming brightly like stars in the skies.

For while we’re together I can’t be blue.
Because I know in my heart your love is true.

And with all of my feelings I must say,
I’ll love you forever, day upon day.

So Sweetheart don’t worry and fear.
My love for you always will be here.

So when you look upon nature and see a butterfly,
remember I’ll love you forever, even after I die.

But for now we’ll keep smiling, hugging, and playing loves game.
And praying for happiness, in Jesus name.
