Pious feigning diplomats
Preach acting in your interest
And stab you in the back.

Be careful.
Don't question their judgement
Or silently they stab you again.

Information is power
Held in tight reins.
Only hunger grates like frustration.

Lash out if your integrity is questioned.
Belittle at every opportunity.
If you can ignore something, do it.

Sorry, but those are the rules.

Well, the fucking rules suck ass.

Why are the votes necessary?

This poem...

Expresses the flip-side, the anger and frustration I SOMETIMES feel about Lit. Most of the time I'm happy, as long as nothing goes 'wrong'. Like having poems that lose votes when they havent had one in a year... Or losing 57 votes on a story... or 137 votes on another story (that was thankfully 'reposted')... Like I said, if nothing goes wrong, Lit is great. Just don't try to get anything fixed.
