It is the corner of the world that I have chosen
To hide in the shadows, where I stay frozen
For you have beaten and betrayed me
Covered in darkness I could not see
My heart was scattered across the land
So I curled up here, for my soul to mend
Now that I have torn free from your chain
I am frozen by this overwhelming pain
But once I have regained my strength,
which is in a little while
I will find myself and live a life,
enlightened with my smile
