I find i can't explain myself
because i'm not myself you see
for by hiding your true self
that means that you're negating me
you act as if you care
when you say that you do not
i almost make you see the truth
each time that things get hot
you let yourself be blinded
by fear of pain
knowing it won't
yet knowing it can
i let this play out
your version

you can't hide your love
but you still feel the pain
