Velvet petals beckon,
collecting errant raindrops,
tasty kisses from Heaven;
landing on my face,
soft and sweet, from
swollen sky.

My tendrils stretch
perfumed nuances,
enticing sense
with sweetness.
Charged sunlight dwindles,
clouds gather above.

Atmospheric radiance shifts
through my budding newness-
tempting me to expose
feminine answers to
spellbinding fables;
your dominant,
masculine
conquests.

Dance ancient;
a song of
evening's soft,
beguiling, breezes.

Thunder shakes my petals.

Sky breaks, releases. . .
sighs of pleasure;

I welcome the rain.
