Pieces of me

drifting in and out,

sparks that long to fly

and dance with the Gods.

Pieces of me,

give myself a fright

with a stare

that goes into the nightmare jungle

of darkness and ugly words.

The me that loves with her passion

and the me that mourns

for what lies drove from her.

I see myself for the soul

that lingers in rainbow shades

of beauty.

All of the pieces of me

that collide and embrace

you.

Turmoil realized.

Evocative and deep ~ nightmare jungle of darkness and ugly words...each tearing pieces - under mental assault

~~

Easily recognizable thinking how complex a person can be.
