The pinks straining towards the sun
are blooming again
As my own love goes to sleep
The ivy is beautiful and winding
As the road we have traveled
Long and oh so sweet
The sun leaves me sleepy
I travel through dreams
weaving in and out
Through a beautiful relationship
Wondering if it's mine to keep?

The smell of Lilies of the Valley
Tender and just gentle
Slowly whistle on breeze
To kiss my cheek
I wonder if he knows
The love I cherish and will always keep?
Far and away, with journeys of his own
I only hope he feels half of what I do
And remembers .....................
