I've been there
done that
survived
surmounted
tried and tried again.

I understand
and know how you feel
and what you feel, felt,
are going through
will go through
did go through.

Its like -
well you know -
I don't have to say it
was already said
and so much better
by everyone - anyone - else.
But MAN -
oh man -
that hurt.

...and the violins voice
raise the melancholy strain
and the clouds shed tears
and nothing's ever the same
but
it is just the same
as its always been...
isn't it.
