(1st poem from school, age 15)

Today I start my new secondary school,
I’m going to hate it there.
The older kids are going to pick on me.
There’s going to be a war,
The bullies against me.
Two, three or four against one,
In the morning glee.
In this war I won’t be able to fight back, Like I have no bullets, And
they have an arsenal full of punches and kicks.
It will be a World War,
I’m Belgium,
And they are Germany and Austria picking on me.
And in this war…
I am going to lose.
