It all begins with a simple touch
A soft caress
My hand to your cheek
Your lips across my tired brow.
A human need to feel wanted... cherished.
A longing is created
A yearning born.
A tiny flame fanned gently to life by a caring connection.
Feathered kisses light as air across the emptiness of my heart bring hope to
the darkness in my soul.
Passion is only the beginning of the dream, passion powered by the butterfly kisses of a courageous heart.
War-scarred and battered, my heart cries for your soft caress.
A cherished moment
Frozen in time
Forever begging release.
A single tear of regret cannot be allowed to fall on such hallowed ground.
My timid request for a chance to find that simple touch cannot be ignored.
