I watch your feet walk on the floor
Finally I hear the slam on the door
You and I splitting
I'm willing to accept
I don't feel we owe each other a debt
You being gone is good payment enough
I am not weak nor am I tough
I'm just me
Take it or leave it be
I'm just waiting as I look at the sky
Oh it's the same every day as the days go by
Time lingers slowly then starts to fly
Tears roll down from each eye
All I do is ask myself "Why oh WHY!!??"
I feel like I'm living a lie!
The path of love I still follow
Everyday I get more hollow
Heart is darkening with a small bright light shining through
Still very little hope, as I wait for you
