Once upon a time
Long, long ago...

There once was a little porcelin doll
Kept secreted away from all
A princess enchained, to keep her small
Enduring pummels, plummets, and falls

Her strength, belied her fragile shell
Her voice silenced, in the resounds of hell
Deeper into the darkness she fell and fell

Until the day, one day she found the voice small enough to yell

The strength of a thousand trees
Shown through in her whispered pleas
Her pain echoed to light her leaves
And beneathe her long beaten wings, a gentle breeze

To carry her away
Send her on to better days
To let the porcelin doll dance and play
Happily ever after, perchance tomorrow or even today
