The calling of your name,
but the echoes still remain.
The voice that sings the songs
no longer belongs
A shadow of where we were
has turned into a blur
Tears in my eyes
as they finally realize
Sadness fills my heart
as my soul and I drift apart
As I look into his face,
I can feel nothing but disgrace.
I lye here in a daze,
thinking of many ways.
Many Ways to escape the blade,
to leaves this game, a haunting charade.
Dying helpless in hell of fear,
close my eyes, I see heaven is near.
Wounded flesh, inflicted with pain,
how much more will I sustain.
One last time I gasp for air,
Then fade into death whispering a prayer......

Heaven help me for you can see,
I am no longer the woman I used to be.
Batttered body, broken soul,
My heart is bleeding, a gapping hole.
Pushed into death, without a choice,
Wanted to scream but stripped of a voice.
Hear me in this silent prayer,
all I wish is an end to this despair.
