Click hereQuiet shade
listening to rain;
the East Wind
There is here an extra wrinkle I have not noticed at first. It's double observation. One: listening/observing the rain
Second: observing the shade which listens/observes the rain. very nice. I don't know that East Wint of yours...but it sounds awsome. I could concentrarte and remember myself in "East rain" times.
It is good to see someone capturing the essential spirit of the haiku form without falling into the 5-7-5 trap.
You have just described, in a huge but minute way, every rainfall I have ever enjoyed. Lovely work.
