Again I said "goodbye"
This time it's different
I packed my things and left
Now I'm on my own

Even when I was little
I knew I'd be alone
Raising my beautiful child
With only her in my heart

Now it has come true
She's all I have in my life
No man is at my side
No man to love or care for us

I'll be okay though
We'll be okay by ourselves
Women do it all the time
Why should I be any different

I'll raise my daughter
Give her the love she needs
Support her in every way
Be everything to her

So yeah, who needs a man
I'll keep this brave front up
I'll lie and hide my true feelings
I have to be strong for her
